P90X Day Two Review! Plyometrics kickin’ my butt!

If you play a sport that involves a ball, a court, a playing field, or basicly any sport, then P90X Plyometrics will GREATLY improve your performance. I look forward to snow skiing someday after doing Plyo for a while. I know it will really improve my ability to carve nice turns on the slopes! Any sport like soccer or football where you have to cut quickly will really improve. This stuff really targets those muscles!

Am I Overtraining? Question from a P90X user

I recently recieved this question via e-mail and thought I would share it and my answer with everyone.

I was wondering if i am over training. Currently im doing two a days from monday-friday for football at SST which is proffesionally designed for athletes. I am also doing Ab ripper X and now i want to do P90X PLYO. If you have any suggestions please tell me. R.
