Lack of time is one of the main excuses people give for not exercising regularly. Even those of you who have discovered the wonders of in-home fitness still find it difficult to juggle work, family, and fitness. We hear you asking for help, so here are six smart ways to find more time for your workout, whether it&#8217;s <a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050" target="_blank">Slim Training® with Slim in 6</a> or <a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050">Tilting, Tucking &amp; Tightening with Hip Hop Abs</a><a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050">.</a> With these tips, you can maintain any fitness resolution you make all year long.</p>

Most major retailers have online stores, and provide shipping options. So there&#8217;s no need to go to the mall or the post office.</span></li>
<li class="bold"><img src="http://www.beachbody.com/images/en_US/Newsletter/324/324_laundry.jpg" border="0" alt="Laundromat" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="108" height="84" align="right" />Farm out some chores. <span class="normal">Try dropping off your laundry for fluff &#8216;n&#8217; fold—especially if you&#8217;ve already been spending money at the laundromat. You&#8217;ll find that it doesn&#8217;t cost that much more. Also, check out your local maid service. For a little extra money, you can save a couple of hours cleaning your home, not to mention the dozens of hours of procrastinating!</span></li>

A little trick for waking up faster is to touch your toes as soon as you open your eyes—this brings blood to your head so you feel alert quicker. After your workout, you&#8217;ll be more energized for the day ahead and hardly notice the lost sleep. Working out in the morning as opposed to midday or at night also saves you the double cost of showering, getting dressed, and making yourself beautiful.</span></li>

That means washing all your lettuce, veggies, herbs, fish, and poultry up front, and stocking complete salads-in-a-bag to take to work. You can also prepare individual slices of poultry and fish and various veggies for dinner. Also, make vats of soup, pasta, and brown rice that you&#8217;ll be able to microwave throughout the week. Filling up on healthy meals and having low-fat, good-for-you snacks readily available at work will reduce the temptation to sample the goodies from the office vending machine.</span></li>
<li class="bold"><img src="http://www.beachbody.com/images/en_US/Newsletter/324/324_tjdvd.jpg" border="0" alt="Fitness DVDs" hspace="5" vspace="5" width="108" height="84" align="right" />Take your DVDs with you. <span class="normal">If you&#8217;re traveling, make sure you pack your favorite fitness DVDs along with your laptop so you can work out wherever you are, whether it&#8217;s at your in-laws&#8217; house, your friend&#8217;s house, or in a hotel room.</span></li>

There is no doubt that this is an extreme training system that seriously challenges your body. You may be wondering if this system is right for you. The short answer: yes. While the full routines will have most people working harder than they ever have, modifications can be made to make your work out fit your level of readiness. Of course we wouldn’t want you doing something that would hurt you or push your progress back in anyway. If you have doubts about your abilities, start slow or consult your doctor. Although<a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   "> </a><a href="http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/p90x-products/p90x.php">90X</a><a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   "> </a>can and does help people lose weight, it was not designed as a weight loss program. The<a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   "> P90X </a>training program was designed to get people in shape and build muscle, stamina, and overall agility. What this means is that, yes, even skinny people can benefit from <a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   ">P90X.</a></p>
<p>Because of the flexible nutrition plan, people trying to avoid weight loss can modify and customize their eating to create a plan that works the way they need it to. By shortening one of the three phases or skipping the Phase 1 Fat Shredder altogether, individuals in this same situation have been able to get the results they want.</p>
<p>The <span><a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   "> 90X</a> training plan</span> is also for women as much as it is men. In every workout routine you will see both men and women “bringing it”. You will see some of the participants doing variations of the moves to help you get an idea of what modifications will work for you. The<a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   "> P90X </a>training system allows you to choose the amount of weight and number of reps you do to help you customize as your ability improves.</p>
<p>Another benefit that is popular with<a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   "> P90X </a>women is the<a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   "> </a><span><a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   ">P90X</a> Lean Approach</span>. This program (included with <a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   ">P90X</a>) is slightly more focused on cardio and less intensive. It is focused on developing lean muscles, not on bulking up. Despite how it sounds, however, the Lean Approach is still <a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   ">P90X </a>through and through and will have you working hard!</p>
<p>Although the <span><a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   ">P90X </a>training system</span> is designed to transform bodies, it is extreme. Possible modifications to each exercise make it easy for people at virtually all fitness levels and ages to customize an appropriate workout session.</p>
<p>By reducing reps or resistance, individuals who aren’t quite ready to ramp it up too much are able to start slow and bring it harder and harder as they progress in ability and fitness. For those who are nervous about beginning an extreme fitness program, the original <span>Power 90</span> series is an alternative starting point. Many  <a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   ">90X</a> participants finished 90 days of the original<a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   "> </a><a href="http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/power90-products/power90.php">Power 90</a> before starting the <a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   ">P90X.</a></p>
<p>The <span><a href=" http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050   ">P90X training system </a></span> is a customizable extreme fitness program. It allows you to grow with it and modify your workouts as your needs and your body changes.</p>

<p><strong>So Who am I?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">Ok,     a little about me.  My name is Scott Colvin and I&#8217;m an Independent     Team Beachbody Fitness Coach.  Team Beachbody is a branch of     Beachbody, the company that produced P90X.  It was created to give     people a network of support for all of the <strong><a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050">Beachbody</a></strong>.      Beachbody has quite a line of workouts, supplements, and equipment.      You&#8217;ve probably seen their infomercials all over TV: P90X, Hip Hop Abs,     Yoga Booty Ballet, Turbo Jam, Power 90, Slim In 6, etc.   Because     of my excitement with P90X, I decided to become an Independent Team     Beachbody Coach and share my success with others. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">The   first thing you&#8217;ll need is the P90X 12 DVD workout program. <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">Beachbody   has a pull up/chin up bar designed especially for the P90X program.  It   mounts to any standard size interior doorway.  I believe it&#8217;s   approximately $49 plus shipping.  It&#8217;s really nice and a good deal for   the money. <p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">3)   A <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Good</span> Yoga Mat</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">A   good yoga mat is pretty important.  You&#8217;ll be using this for yoga,   &#8220;Ab Ripper X&#8221;, and some of the other workouts.   A poor   mat can leave your tailbone exposed to a hard floor.  Speaking of   tailbones, some people will even want MORE padding when doing Ab Ripper   X.   I know some folks that fold a towel a few times and lay it   under their tailbone.  I have carpeting in my living room so I was not   in a rush to get a mat but I can really appreciate having one! Your tailbone   will thank you!</span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">This   mat is also made to take the pounding from the Plyometrics workout. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">4) Dumbells   and/or Resistance Bands</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">People   ask me all of the time, which is better, dumbbells or resistance bands.    I tell them both.  Each has advantages. You will need a good quality set   of dumbbells ranging from 5 to 50 lbs or more if you are able to handle the   larger weights (maybe after round one of P90X!) If you get the dumbbells with   plates, I would highly recommend getting a type with quick connect collars to   make switching plates faster. Mine are screw on and they come loose easily   and hard to switch plate out of quickly. I also alternate between using the   dumbbells and the B-line resistance bands for variety in my workouts.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">For   those who want to absolute best</span></strong><span style="Tahoma"> there are the Bowflex Selecttechs .  These dumbbells are   selectable/interchangeable.  You can turn a dial and instantly be   lifting a different amount of weight.  Click the banner below and check   them out. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">These   dumbbells are the ones recommended and approved by Beachbody.  They are   also the dumbbells used in the latest P90X workout videos. Save lots of   space.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">Resistance   bands can be used throughout P90X in place of the dumbbells.  In fact,   one of Tony&#8217;s &#8220;kids&#8221; (as he calls them&#8230;his workout buddies in the   P90X workouts) will be demonstrating the exercise using a band. Beachbody   carries &#8220;B Lines&#8221; resistance bands.  I use them and like them   a lot.  I&#8217;ll work in and out of exercises using both dumbbells and   bands.  The Bicep workout is a good example.  Most of the exercises   are &#8216;repeats&#8217;.  This means you&#8217;ll do 3 or 4 sets and then come back and   repeat the sequence again.  I&#8217;ll do the first set with dumbbells and   then use the bands on the second round.  In bicep curls, one thing I   like about the dumbbells is that you can really turn the wrists inwards and   SQUEEZE the muscle.  It&#8217;s hard to turn the wrists using bands. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">5)   Heart Rate Monitor</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">Beachbody   recommends that you use a heart rate monitor to gauge your intensity and   progress during workouts.  I have an older Reebok heart monitor with a   chest strap. They sell new monitors without the chest straps too.  They   have a nice monitor made by Reebok in the <a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050">Team   Beachbody store</a>.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">6)   Yoga Blocks</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">These   are also recommended by Beachbody to use during Yoga.  The blocks offer   added support to assist with balance while holding certain   poses.   The <a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050">Team   Beachbody store</a> carries them. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">7)   Body Fat Tester</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">This   will give you an accurate reading on your body fat throughout the   program.  These are available in the <a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050">Team   Beachbody store</a>. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">8)Push   Up Stands</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">I   love push up stands.  The stands take all of the pressure off your wrists   and allow you to get full range of motion doing pushups. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma"> I   personally already had the &#8220;Perfect Push-up&#8221; type of stands with   the rotating handles. The <a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050">Team   Beachbody store</a> carries  &#8220;Tony&#8217;s Powerstands&#8221; that work   very well. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">Supplements   I Recommend:</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">1)   Beachbody Peak Recovery Formula: Very Important!  Don&#8217;t Miss! </span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">I&#8217;m   yet to find another product on the market comparable to the Beachbody Peak Recovery   Formula.  We know from extensive scientific research that there is an   approximate 60-minute window of opportunity following exercise when muscle   cells are primed to repair, rebuild, and adapt from a hard workout.  The   P90X recovery drink was designed to provide the precise nutrients you&#8217;ll need   to achieve maximum results from your p90X workout.  Proper post workout   nutrition is a KEY FACTOR in your success with P90X!  Folks, these   workouts are WAY too hard to be skipping here! </span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">I&#8217;m   yet to find another product on the market that is better suited to provide   maximum glycogen replenishment and muscle re-synthesis.  And this stuff   tastes unbelievably good! </span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">Ingredients   include protein, creatine, L-Glutamine, and L-Argenine.  Ladies, don&#8217;t   worry about the creatine making you &#8220;bulky&#8217; either.  It&#8217;s only   about 500 mg.about 10% of a normal serving of creatine.  It&#8217;s there to   enhance performance without adding bulk.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">I   know some people who are trying to mix up their own concoctions using whey   protein powder, Gatorade, creatine, L-Glutamine, etc.  Well, #1&#8230;these   concoctions PROBABLY don&#8217;t taste that great.  #2, they probably take a   little time to mix up.  #3.. Why try to re-invent the wheel?  We&#8217;re   talking $39.95 for a month&#8217;s supply.  Actually&#8230;since you only need the   recovery formula after HARD workouts (I don&#8217;t take it after Yoga or StretchX)   it lasts longer than a month.   When you add up the prices of   ingredients for the homemade drinks, the Beachbody Peak Recovery Formula   really is a no brainer.   I love it.  This stuff is worth   working out just to reward yourself afterward!</span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">2)   P90X Peak Health Formula Vitamins: Very Important!</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">These   vitamins are pretty incredible.  You take 6 &#8220;easy to swallow&#8221;   pills each day.  It&#8217;s a high potency multivitamin &amp;#43 so much   more.  It has immune support, energy support, cardiovascular   support, memory and nerve support, anti-aging support, anti-stress support,   &amp; support for skin, hair, and nails. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">I&#8217;ve   taken these performance vitamins since day 1 of p90X.  They have made a   world of difference in my days.  Prior to P90x, I had this period   between 5 to 6pm that I would get tired and feel as though I needed a   nap.  Since switching from a regular multivitamin to this   mega-pack&#8230;I&#8217;m yet to feel that late afternoon &#8220;lag&#8221;.  I&#8217;m   energized daily.  This allows me to plow right through the workouts and   still have energy to answer all of your emails!</span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">3)   Whey Protein Powder: Very Important!</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">P90X   demands A LOT from your body.  You have to fuel it with enough   protein.  Protein is a key component in your first 30 days of   p90X.  Protein is harder for the body to break down.  As your body   is working harder to break the protein down, it has to burn more   calories.  There&#8217;s a novel idea&#8230;Have the body burn calories while   you&#8217;re doing nothing!  Brilliant!</span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">One   of the cleanest and best sources of protein is Whey Protein Powder.    Beachbody sells a great tasting chocolate and vanilla flavor.  I   recommend Vanilla. <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">The   P90X Nutrition Guide calls for performance bars during your first 60 of the   90 days.  They are phased out in the last 30 days.  My opinion is that the bars are good for filling in the gaps if you are on the go or at work and don&#8217;t have access to a healthy snack/meal. The main thing   with an energy protein bar is to find something you like.  Many of the   bars you see in stores don’t taste that good. The Peak Performance bars from   Beachbody are pretty good. You might try one of each of the store brands to   find one that you enjoy, </span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">Above,   I&#8217;ve listed all of the supplements you can use with P90X.    Other highly praised supplements include their Activit Fat Burning/Toning   Formulas, Meal Replacement Shakes, and Slimming Formula.  I know others   that use and love all of these.  Shop the store and see if these may be   for you.  You will find all of these in the <a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050">Team   Beachbody store</a>. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma">I   also got some <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine_supplements">Creatine </a> powder and have started drinking   a dose first thing in the morning everyday and again after the resistance   exercises on Monday. Wednesday, Friday. I have been able to feel a bit of a   difference while working out and seem to have made more gains in size and   strength the last 2 or more weeks I have been using the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine_supplements">Creatine </a>. The <a href="http://www.milliondollarbody.com/store/index.htm?ref_Username=scottcolvin&amp;ref_rep_id=13050">P90X   Recovery drink</a> has a very small amount of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine_supplements">Creatine </a> in it. I would only recommend the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine_supplements">Creatine </a> to a male trying to increase muscle mass.   Remember to keep those reps in the 8-10 range with MORE weight to build mass.   Ladies, go with lower weights and higher reps to build lean muscle.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">What   To Expect During Your 90 Days</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="Tahoma">DAY   1 &#8211; 30 (PHASE 1 &#8211; APPROXIMATELY) </span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="Tahoma"><br />
1.) This is the adjustment period. Your body is getting into the schedule and   tempo of your workouts. It is adjusting to your new nutrition habits. Expect   some differences, perhaps not the drastic visual differences you crave, but   your clothes will become baggier.</span>
</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">2.) Stay the course during this period. I have had allot of people say to me   &#8220;Something is not right, I&#8217;m not getting as lean as I should   be.&#8221;  This is normal; during Phase 1 you are priming the body and   stoking your metabolic fire. Remember, your body will not &#8217;spot reduce fat&#8217;.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Your body will take body fat off in &#8220;sheets&#8221;.</strong> What I mean is   that it will reduce your overall body fat evenly. Where we hold the largest   amount of body fat largely depends on genetics and gender. Women tend to hold   their body fat in their behind, leg, &amp; hip region. Men generally hold   their body fat in their waistlines. This is what to watch for in this Phase:   loosening of your clothes.  Stay off of the scale and above all, remain   patient and continue to work hard.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>DAYS 31-60 (PHASE 2 &#8211; APPROXIMATELY)<br />
</strong><br />
1.) This phase is where your body kicks into high gear. You are getting   stronger and leaner. Expect dramatic results during this Phase as long as you   remain disciplined and workout hard.

<p style="text-align: left;">2.) You will start to see that your outer extremities, (Forearms, calves,   upper back, and shoulders) generally where people hold the least amount of   fat, will start to get leaner.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">3.) Where you hold the most fat will improve but not to your impatient   satisfaction. Why? Because as your body removes the fat in &#8220;sheets&#8221;   naturally the leaner sections of your body will show definition the quickest.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">4.) REMAIN PATIENT AND STAY THE COURSE!</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>DAYS 61 &#8211; 90 (PHASE 3 &#8211; APPROXIMATELY)</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">1.) This is the Phase to let it all hang out. It&#8217;s an all out assault on body   fat. Your metabolism is in high gear, you have noticed a drastic improvement   in definition throughout your entire body and your most stubborn pockets of   fat are carving away.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">2.) This is the time to do some extra workout sessions. Walk after dinner,   take an extra bike ride. Skip rope, box, and do something extra to burn more   calories and more fat.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">3.) At the end of this Phase you want to be standing tall on Day 90, proudly   take your after pictures and be able to say, &#8220;I worked as hard as I   possibly could have during the past 90 days, <strong>I BROUGHT IT!&#8221;</strong></p>

<div dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: #0000ff;"><span style="font-style: normal;">Proper rest and nutrition are VERY important. You don&#8217;t want to burn  yourself out and wear yourself down. I would suggest a Shakeology shake once a  day to make sure you have all the nutrition your body needs to re-build after  working out. One session of Plyometrics on Sat would be a great addition to what  you are doing now and will help build that explosive quickness that will really  give you an edge on the football field (and any other sport.) How long do you  have left of Two a Day&#8217;s? I am sure you will move into a regular schedule of  weight training and football practice sometime soon. Depending on your schedule,  you may want to keep doing Ab-ripper and Plyo and maybe KenpoX &amp; Core  Synergistics into you schedule to develop a strong core.. Key is LISTEN to your  body and DON&#8217;T wear yourself down. Make sure you get plenty of rest. I like  Shakeology because it is one shake that gives you all the nutrition you need for  one day so you KNOW you have covered all you bases. <p>2. Proper rest is also critical for your body to recover between workouts. Make sure allow for PLENTY of sleep between workouts and take Sunday off to give your body plenty of rest. Your body needs rest and nutrition to re-build your muscles and fuel your body for the next workout.</p>
<p>3. Listen to your body and know when you are pushing it too far. You WANT to push your body out of it comfort zone, but not to the point of making yourself sick or injuring yourself.</p>

So they are making close to $170 dollars by splitting it up. Unfortunately people who don&#8217;t read the fine print and don&#8217;t realize they are getting tricked. Some of the people have written in this persons feedback &#8220;Read the listing, BEWARE!&#8221; In the listing it states comes in original box then a little lower down it says it doesn&#8217;t.</p>

In it is the P90X workout schedule that laid out your plans for the 90 days to follow. What may have seemed intimidating at first is likely flying by as you work your way to a fit and sexy body.</p>
<p>Whether you are doing the Classic Approach, Doubles Approach, or the Lean Approach, you have your work cut out for you. Ninety days may seem like a short amount of time to get the body of your dreams. However, when you are in the midst of the <a href="http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/p90x-products/p90x.php">P90X</a> workout schedule, that 90 days can feel like an eternity.</p>
<p>Each <a href="http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/p90x-products/p90x.php">P90X</a> workout schedule consists of three phases. By gradually changing your routines and increasing intensity, you consistently push your body to improve. Continuously raising the bar causes your body to continuously meet your higher expectations.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Phase 1</strong></span> of the P90X workout schedule is to essentially introduce you to the workouts and get your body accustomed to the work. This stage is marked by learning good form and just how much weight is appropriate for you.</p>

If you want to maintain leaner muscles, aim for 12 to 15 reps.</p>

According to the fitness guide, this stage is all about “extreme muscle confusion” and giving the workouts your all. This is what you have been working towards and this last stage marks the final approach to a new you.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is nothing that can get your weight off track faster than starting a family. Whatever workout schedule you used to have is truly a thing of the past. Sure, you love your husband and your kids more than anything in the world, but all day long it is one thing after another till the kids are in bed, and you collapse, exhausted at the end of your long day.</p>
<p>It doesn’t have to be that way. There are little things that you can start doing in terms of eating and exercise that can really have you back in your old jeans in no time. There is a way to have an exercise workout schedule no matter how busy you get as a mom. You can lose some of that weight that didn’t disappear when you gave birth, and you will start having more energy and look sexier than ever.</p>
