P90X Review: Tomorrow is X-Day!!
Tomorrow, Sept 29th is my OFFICIAL DAY ONE on P90X!
I have actually been doing a few of the routines last week to get a head start but tomorrow is the real start date. Today was a complete rest day (even thought I did not get a lot of SLEEP due to church activities today) When I get off work in the morning I will start with P90X Chest and Back and Ab-Ripper-X. I am really looking forward to it actually.
Come back and read tommorow for an update. I will be logging my progress and blogging my trials and tribulations as I go thru phase one. I will try and explain each phase as I go thru them and talk about each set of exercises on each disk and give you some insite into each. The great thing about the P90X program is that most times you are demonstrated an easier version, a more exteme version and the regular version. This makes it easier on the people starting out and harder for people who have been through the program before or in really good shape starting out. You can mix it up, no strict guidelines here. Tony Horton just wants you to “Bring It” when you press Play every day.
