Took some updated photos to serve as “Before P90X” pictures.

I am actually thinking I might need to start at level II on the nutrition guide and see if I have enough calories to keep myself going thru the program. I am 5’6″ and weigh 137 lbs (pretty skinny really) One of my goals is to get in shape but also to bulk up on my upper body (Arms, shoulders, chest & back).

Only 4 more days till I offically start P90X (Monday, Sept 28, 2008). I have started doing some of the P90X workouts such as X-Stretch, Cardio-X, Plyometrics and Ab-Ripper X to get ready. I did the full Plyometrics DVD yesterday and it was pretty tough but I made it through. BTW, Tony is serious about the not eating an hour before doing plyometrics. It had been about 2 hours and I felt slighty sick at one point. I rested a minute or so and jumped back in. Plyo kicked my butt but it was a great workout!

Arms and Shoulders is today’s workout. Tell you more about it tomorrow!
