The Beginning (What is the blog about?)


In The Beginning…

Like this blog, the world was made from nothingness and it did not come into it own being by pure chance. It’s Creator (Me) had to sit down and write it into existence. Well, I believe that this world was not created by chance or luck, but by Almighty GOD, and he did it just the way his Word, the Bible says. (Genesis 1:1).

Well, this is the beginning of a new experience with me. I have never sat down and written a blog before so WATCH OUT! There might be a few bugs, twists, turns, and maybe even some exciting stuff. Keep checking back and see what happens!!

I intend to chronicle my experiences getting fit and helping others do the same. Hopefully we will have some fun, make some friends, and make a difference in peoples lives.
